Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

 

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Australian Shipping:

• Shipping charges for your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Shipping method: Auspost

• Shipment cost: $10 for 0-2kg (around 1-3 books)

• Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days

International Shipping:

• Cost calculated at the time of processing (email will be sent for confirmation)

• Estimated delivery time: 2 weeks approximate

• Shipping method: Auspost

Ken Chant Ministries can ship within Australia but for international orders a digital product would be more cost friendly due to changes to shipping tariffs.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ken Chant Ministries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Ken Chant Ministries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, please Contact Us if there is a problem with your order.
